How much is the D2Pro Smart Lock in Abuja?
The current Abuja campaign package is ₦350,000 per unit, with a 2-year warranty. Whether installation is free varies, so we confirm it before you pay.
Do you install outside Abuja?
Yes. Installation is available nationwide; outside Abuja it is quoted separately after the city and support plan are confirmed. Delivery is nationwide, and the customer pays the delivery fee, which depends on distance and the day you order.
What warranty applies?
The D2Pro has a verified 2-year warranty.
What do you need before installation?
Send your location, a clear photo of the door, buyer type, and number of doors.
What happens if the D2Pro's battery dies?
The app warns you before the battery runs low. If it still runs flat, power the lock through the USB-C emergency port with the included cable, or open it with the mechanical override key.
Does the lock work without internet?
Yes. The D2Pro opens by face, palm vein, fingerprint, PIN, RFID card or key without internet. Only remote access through the app needs 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi.
Can I give guests temporary access?
Yes. This is useful for shortlets, Airbnbs, offices, and family access.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. We provide support after installation depending on the package.
What's the minimum order for bulk pricing?
There is no public discount tier. Share the quantity, city, buyer type, door requirements, and timeline to request an approved proposal.
